"Intimacy Elevator" is a print-and-play zine game for those seeking to explore each other's feelings and bodies without relying on overt sexual activity.
Complete tasks of increasing vulnerability involving you & your partner(s). Learn about your lover, open up about yourself, explore your feelings - both physical & emotional, and be silly.

Instructions:

1. Print the zine.
2. Staple the booklet or zine together.
3. Cut out the 2 sides (top & bottom) of each of the tasks on the First Floor to the Eleventh Floor.
4. Collect the following materials: a 6-sided die, a tray on which to roll the die, a smartphone, a gluestick, a blindfold per person, a writing utensil, paper on which to draw, perfume, water, ice, and fruits or other sweets, like chocolate. It might also help to have some rope or silk scarves if you're so inclined.
5. Set aside an hour or two to play.
6. Play some smooth music low in the background.

7. Sit down on the floor, couch, or other accessible, relaxing place. Face each other. Make yourselves comfortable. Keep hydration and your materials nearby.
8. Read the rules to each other. Check that you both understand.

I made this game for lovers who were tired of intimacy games where sexual acts where pressured on the players, where the relationship escalator from dating to marriage is expected, and where monogamy & sexual activity is the only option.
This game is flexible enough to be played by all people of all types of intimate relationships, from queer, to asexual, to polyamorous, to heteronormative.
There is no sex in this game, though some options involve nudity, light kink, and sexually-charged challenges. The game is designed to inspire confidence in each other, practice relaxation, learn to be silly, and only then to be physically intimate. It is also provides a framework for backing out of challenges that don't vibe well with players while still inspiring intimacy in other ways.
If players want to take this game to a sexual place, blank bonus pages exist for players to write their own challenges for each other.
